Guest Greeting Services, Laundry & More

If your condo requires someone to be there to meet your guests we can include the guest greeting service.

A la carte cleaning availble from just 500p per clean (not including laundry). Laundry service is an additional 200p for standard size load of 2 sheets, 4 pillow cases, 4 towels, and 4 towelettes. If Laundry will exceed the standard load capacity then additional 200p fee will be applied.

Even if your condo association does not require you to have a greeter, doing so can result in greater guest satisfaction. Guests that get greeted often feel more at ease in the rental, and may be more apt to forgive minor problems if they have someone to complain to.

At the end of the day most guests just want to feel comfortable, so having a greeter may or may not be a good idea depending on your situation. If the front desk will take care of the greetings for you, then you can just add a la carte cleaning services or laundry as needed.

Standard greeting service includes a 2 hour arrival window and costs around 400p when purchased as a stand alone service. If added to cleaning or laundry then the cost is negotiable.

Property management services can help you when need someone to oversee repairs. Please inquire for details as are prices are subject to change due to market demand and availability. We do our best to stay competitive, but we can not work for free. Expect to pay at least 100p per hour for quality service.
