Full service condo management is inclusive of everything you have to do to keep your condo rental on a day to day rental basis. Prices vary depending on the size of the condo, and the number of cleans per month.
Full service includes greeting the guests, performing the clean, and replacing the linens and towels. Replaced linens and towels are then taken back and washed, dried, and folded to be used again another day. Unlike some other services that may advertise cheaper cleaning rates, these rates you see below are ALL INCLUSIVE. Guest greeting, Condo Cleaning, Washing of Linens is included in the rates below.

For Condos 30 sq Meters or Less:
single clean
1200P - A single all inclusive package for a condo under 28 sq meters. includes guest greeting. Includes cleaning. Includes washing and drying sheets on site where available or replacing the sheets as needed.
1-2x/ mo
1600P - one to two all inclusive cleans per month. includes guest greeting. Includes cleaning.Includes changing of the sheets to be washed, dried, and folded for re-use next time.
3-4x / mo
3200P - three to four all inclusive cleans per month. includes guest greeting. Includes cleaning.Includes changing of the sheets to be washed, dried, and folded for re-use next time.
4-8x / mo
6400P - four to eight all inclusive cleans per month. includes guest greeting. Includes cleaning.Includes changing of the sheets to be washed, dried, and folded for re-use next time.
more than 8 guests per month?
Additional all inclusive packages can be added to any package on an as needed basis. In this case, the cost for each additional is 1200P each.

Did you just buy a bare boes condo unit and need help getting it ready to rent? We can help you get the aircon installed, appliances delivered, and with basic interior design services.
We also offer special condo decorations for special events such as birthdays, weddings, anniveraries, and more. We can provide ballons and stylish welcome package to make your airbnb guests feel welcome and right at home.
Rates For Condo Management are Subject to Market Demand:
Single clean
We can offer a single one-off condo cleaning if you're in a pinch. Is your reqular caretaker on vacation? Please contact us for an estimate.
Monthly Package
You can prepay for a monthly package, such as purchasing 3 cleanings per month - whatever fits your budget. Please inquire for details.
Total Package
We can take care of all the detail and give you a percentage split - we can market your condo, clean, perform guest greetings, and even maintenance. Inquire for details.
Maintenance Package
We have great rates on aircon cleaning, drain cleaning etc... hire us to take care of the regular maintenance. Get in touch for details.
